I am a Postdoctoral researcher in the laboratory of Dr. Petra Levin. I received my Ph.D. from Texas A&M University, where I studied the physiological roles of ion channels in bacteria. My current research focuses on understanding how environmental factors, such as pH, impact cell morphology and antibiotic response in pathogens. I have experience writing and editing grants, manuscripts, and science communication articles.
