Puneeth is a postdoctoral associate in the Shuo Wang Lab. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Psychological and Brain Science. His research focuses on neural and computational mechanisms underlying cognitive abilities such as memory recall, decision making, object/image recognition, and visual search. He has experience with manuscript editing, scientific graphic design, mathematical derivations/proofs, and APA style statistical reporting guidelines. Outside of work, he enjoys reading about geopolitics, science and technology, and history.
