We hold both our editors and clients to certain expectations and standards. To receive our editing services, you must accept our confidentiality agreement and terms of service. If you have any questions, contact our Editor-in-Chief.

How the process works:

Submit your work

Request editing services using our simple, online form. Clicking the “Start Submission” button below will walk you through the submission process.

An editor will be assigned to you

Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email. Within a week, our Editor-in-Chief will contact you and assign your work to an editor.

Your assigned editor will work with you

Depending on the nature of editing requested and the amount of time available before your deadline, your editor will either communicate with you electronically or meet with you in person. Editing can be expected to take an average of one to two weeks once your editor has been assigned. Each submission will only receive one round of substantial editing. If additional services are required, you are more than welcome to submit another editing request via our online submission form.

Please note: Our editors are here to edit your writing, not to write for you. As such, all of our services are intended for documents that have been carefully and thoroughly written by the client. The Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to reject a submission if it is not yet to a stage that will benefit from our editing services. We also cannot edit any material that will be graded.

A note about deadlines

While we will do our best to meet your deadline needs, editing takes time. We cannot guarantee completion of any editing service in less than two weeks. Please ensure you have ample time left before your deadline when you submit your work.
