Matt is a graduate student in the Molecular and Cell Biology Program. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, where he worked with Dr. Costas Lyssiotis on targeting metabolic pathways in pancreatic cancer cells. He is broadly interested in the metabolic mechanisms of disease but also has research experience in other aspects of biochemistry and molecular biology. Matt has written, edited, and reviewed manuscripts, and he enjoys helping people express themselves and effectively convey their ideas through writing.
